The guide
Every lesson has five short parts, and they are the same five every day, so a child learns the shape once and then just learns.
- 1. The hook — one surprising thing. Read it aloud; let them react.
- 2. The story — the idea inside a short story. Ask: what happened first?
- 3. The wonder — a "did you know". Ask: what would you want to find out next?
- 4. The action — something to do with your hands or your feet, today.
- 5. The wisdom — one line to keep. Write it on the tracker.
Kelly can read the lesson aloud if you tap her; she never starts on her own, and the text is always there to read yourselves. Older kids can add ?age=adult; grandparents can add ?age=elder to the same day. Kelly is a disclosed synthetic teacher; the lesson text is human-written.
The tracker
Print this page and tick a square each morning. Write the day's one line of wisdom in the square if there's room.
The printed month
The same lessons on thirty dated cards — one card at breakfast, the code on the back opens that day's reading if you want Kelly.
Printed to order; allow 4–8 weeks. We never rush a print. All cards: /cards. Teaching a group? Classroom. A free printable classroom kit lives at /teacher-toolkit.
